Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, performing initial diagnostics, and deciding on an approach; consult with others when needed.
  • •Handover problem aspects to 2nd line support and document/package all data for problem resolution (e.g., reports and work orders).
  • •Install and test equipment at customer locations, including handling components, inspection, assembly, alignment, and testing.
  • •Execute hardware installation and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages and support field swaps according to an up-to-date plan.
  • •Plan procedures around customer machine time windows, execute them with required parts/tools/info, provide user training, and identify gaps for process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Flexibility and openness to accommodate various work settings, locations, and collaborations.
  • •BSc degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in the technical industry and/or preferred semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • •Ability to gather problem information, analyze using available means, and decide on an initial approach under limited supervision.
