•Collaborate with internal business units to understand technical challenges and align evaluation plans.
•Design and execute AFM- and IR-based characterization experiments, including DOE definition.
•Perform hands-on measurements with tool setup, optimization, and troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment.
•Analyze and interpret nanoscale AFM and IR data to identify root cause and actionable conclusions.
