Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development engineer tests in lab and production environments by applying engineering and technical knowledge to drive experimental outcomes.
  • •Troubleshoot tool/process issues and recommend system improvements to achieve performance goals.
  • •Compile and analyze test data from performed testing.

Salary: USD 30.38 - 42.97 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineer Technician I at First Solar.
  • •Associate’s degree in an engineering or similar technical discipline with 3 years of relevant technical experience, or 2 years as a Development Engineer Technician I at First Solar.
  • •Ability to perform sample testing, semiconductor device fabrication, and/or electrical or optical measurements.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot basic to moderate process and equipment issues on the production line or in the lab.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (JMP/SQL knowledge is a plus) and expert execution of experiments in a lab or floor environment.
