Job Summary

Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Armada’s core enterprise systems across Finance, GTM, Operations, and People. Build a scalable, secure systems backbone with strong data, integrations, and automation (including AI-enabled workflows), partnering with Finance, Revenue, Ops, People, and Engineering to reduce manual work and improve decision-making. Remote-based in the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for Armada’s enterprise application ecosystem (ERP/Finance, CRM & GTM stack, HRIS, and adjacent tools) and adjacent operations tools.
•Run Business Systems like a product: define outcomes, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, data quality, and user experience.
•Ensure system design supports auditable processes and reduces operational overhead.
•Define and govern how systems connect—APIs, iPaaS, middleware, data warehouse/lakehouse patterns, and master data management.
•Partner with data/engineering teams to enable trustworthy reporting and analytics with clear object definitions (customer, product, asset, subscription, employee).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,760 - 217,200 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or related roles with increasing scope and ownership;
•Demonstrated experience owning and scaling core systems across Finance, GTM, People, Operations;
•Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP/Finance (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle);
•Experience defining and governing APIs, iPaaS, data warehouse patterns, and master data management;
•Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs: implementations, integrations, process redesign, and adoption at speed.
