Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value-added cost management.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle and produce and present final cost plans.
  • •Review and coordinate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates, ensuring contractor data accuracy.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, change control processes, contingency and commitment tracking.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports, support funding data presentations and VE sessions, and negotiate final accounts in a timely manner.

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium/large, medium-to-high complexity construction projects (preferably data center or mission-critical).
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
