Key Responsibilities

  • •Earn piece-rate pay and participate in an unlimited commission plan.
  • •Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Manage inventory and assets, and conduct routine maintenance of company products and equipment.
  • •Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers while leveraging appointments into leads and revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180 - 350

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation; able to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
  • •Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
  • •Ability to act with integrity, build rapport with diverse customers, and deliver a customer-first attitude.
