Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes aligned to the curriculum.
  • •Organize classroom learning resources and create displays to support an engaging learning environment.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present sessions for the full ability range, motivating pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
  • •Assess and track student progress, meeting requirements for assessment/recording and using data to influence planning and intervention.
  • •Manage classes effectively using the school’s behavior policy, maintain relationships with pupils, and act decisively when necessary; communicate progress with parents/carers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
