Purchasing Assistant, Technical Operations

Support the Supplier Management team within Technical Operations by processing supplier-related orders and invoicing systems updates across SCEPTRE, COUPA, and Workbrain. Manage and correct purchase orders, Repair Orders, Form 3011s, and supplier invoices, coordinate supplier meetings (including security portal enrollment and logistics), and help resolve order discrepancies. Also assist with onboarding by ordering required hardware/software and provide backup support for the Tech Ops Supplier Management Purchasing Assistant team.
