Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex automotive engineering programs across ideation through development, aligned to product development lifecycle phases, technical milestones, and gate requirements.
  • •Develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Establish project governance, operating cadence, decision-making, escalation, and program KPIs; run milestone/risk reviews and executive-level discussions.
  • •Manage project financial performance (budget, forecast, actuals, resource demand, external engineering spend) and support operating planning and QBRs.
  • •Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, and change impacts; coordinate supplier/external partner execution and performance against cost, schedule, quality, and technical expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • •8+ years of professional experience leading complex engineering or technical programs.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • •Strong understanding of project/program management including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, change management, and governance.
  • •Experience partnering directly with engineering teams in a product development environment, identifying risks, and driving cross-functional resolution.
