•Manage the licensing and onboarding activities for Customers.
•Establish relationship with customers and prospects to coordinate the proper onboarding according to Mastercard Standards and regulatory demands.
•Perform analysis, identify business and process improvement opportunities.
•Coordinate with key areas such as Legal, Risk, AML and Regulatory the execution of the end-to-end onboarding process.
•Provide reporting and status to Senior Management team.

Key Requirements

•Experience as an effective manager.
•Experience within the Financial Industry, ideally with Fintech ecosystem.
•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Analytical skills, ability to work with data and documentation.
•Solid project management and process improvement skills.
