Line - Prep Cook

Prepare and cook food for the VIP lounge and box seat areas during live events, following standardized recipes and maintaining strict portion, presentation, and garnish standards. Organize and prioritize prep work, coordinate with other kitchen staff, and ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food rotation (FIFO), including correct storage and holding temperatures, while completing opening/closing duties.
