Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for the deli broker partner to ensure alignment to expectations, scope, and performance standards.
  • •Establish and manage broker governance, including cadence calls, performance reviews, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
  • •Define, track, and report broker KPIs for training delivery, store coverage, execution quality, and field readiness.
  • •Develop and manage integrated program plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones, providing clear status updates to senior leadership.
  • •Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement on contract management, renewals, and compliance while ensuring alignment to labor models and food safety requirements.
