  • •Manage Thermo King Transport Refrigeration SBU logistics by partnering with SBU Supply Chain leadership, SBU leaders, and Enterprise Logistics.
  • •Collaborate with Enterprise Logistics to develop, mature, and execute SBU logistics strategy and ensure alignment with annual financial plans.
  • •Deliver logistics productivity through price, quality, value analysis (VA), and continuous improvement projects.
  • •Support plants and stakeholders to address logistics spend/execution gaps, capture requirements, and ensure provider on-time delivery and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • •5 to 7 years of logistics experience.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of freight payment, spend analytics, and financial reporting with strong financial acumen.
  • •Strategic thinking with ability to drill down into data linkages across sets, including regional transportation requirements and solutions.
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating/facilitating discussions and conflict resolution with strong verbal and written communication.
