Lead product marketing for Genie, Databricks’ agentic AI products, owning messaging and content across channels for business and technical buyers. Collaborate with product, sales, partners, and marketing to launch new Genie features, drive adoption, and strengthen pipeline. Translate AI and data platform capabilities into differentiated enterprise positioning and enable cross-functional teams with compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Own messaging for Genie and articulate the value of agentic AI to automate business tasks for productivity and efficiency
•Develop and evolve use-case driven messaging for business users and IT decision makers, aligned with the Databricks narrative
•Amplify messaging through Databricks channels and partner channels
•Deliver event and sales enablement content and achieve high CSAT scores with field teams
•Provide AI messaging expertise for campaigns and events and enable teams with high-performing content to drive engagement and pipeline

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,700 - 224,750 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company; preferably including PMM experience marketing AI products
•Strong understanding of AI market and technologies
•Experience building marketing content for technical and business personas
•Experience working with sales teams (field marketing, enablement)
•Experience working with partners (SI and/or ISVs)
