Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from site conditions, surveys, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for project development and design.
  • •Conduct basic engineering research and inspections to assess conformance with rules, standards, and construction or operating permits.
  • •Support development of design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies for automatic temperature control, air distribution, hydronic, and plumbing systems.
  • •Verify site characteristics and provide technical assistance on engineering and construction issues related to mechanical system specifications.
