Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR leadership and sponsors to define program objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and integrated roadmaps for the People & Talent workstream.
  • •Run HR program governance: manage cadence, status updates, decision tracking, and follow-up to keep the work organized and moving.
  • •Act as a central connector across HR, HRBPs, consultants, SMEs, and business initiative owners—clarifying roles and decision rights and ensuring alignment through design to scale.
  • •Drive milestone, dependency, risk, issue, and decision management across related transformation priorities, ensuring visibility and follow-through through governance channels.
  • •Prepare executive reporting and facilitate workshops and working sessions; manage readiness and change enablement and keep program documentation and action trackers current.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of program management experience for complex, business-level projects or program portfolios in a large, matrixed organization.
  • •Experience planning, organizing, controlling, and delivering multiple parallel work efforts, including managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholders across business and HR.
  • •Fluency in HR and talent topics such as workforce, onboarding, learning, performance, incentives, and colleague readiness.
  • •Ability to translate complex information into clear executive updates, decision materials, and leadership-ready communications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Project Management, or a related field); equivalent experience may be considered.
