Maintain inventory lists such as “Unklar Box”, “Incident Box”, STK lists, and return lists, working closely with logistics partners to ensure efficient device recovery. Review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness, handle complaints, and support post handling, process documentation, and general administrative tasks.
