Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage EHS data including statistics, events, reports, measurements, compliance calendar, and labor hours in the EHS database (Benchmark ESG/Gensuite).
  • •Monitor and update Gensuite and support closure of corrective actions from EHS audits/inspections.
  • •Run the Ergonomic Assessment Program, including follow-up of ergonomic workstation assessments and coordination with an external ergonomic consultant.
  • •Perform site inspections and support first-aid readiness (housekeeping, first aid room/kits, AEDs) including managing the Arch AED program and ordering replacement parts.
  • •Assist with accident/incident/concern investigations, safety meetings, emergency evacuation drills, contractor risk review (method statements and risk assessments), and regional EHS training administration.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, or Life Sciences (preferred: Biology or Chemistry).
  • •3–5 years of EHS-related work experience (preferred).
  • •Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed business environment.
  • •Highly organized with prioritization, independence, and the ability to interpret regulations to develop guidance for program implementation.
