Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform packaging, sorting, and cleaning work according to prescribed operating procedures.
  • •Ensure containers/work surfaces are cleared to prevent mix-ups.
  • •Execute safety procedures and standardized work instructions (SOP) when operating equipment.
  • •Support daily processing and outsourced heat-treatment/cleaning work based on the material planner plan.
  • •Perform equipment start-point checks, run-time patrol inspections, and end-of-shift maintenance oversight; maintain 5S and complete production reports/records.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical school or higher education.
  • •Team player willing to learn and adapt to team work.
  • •Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, QC080000, and HSF is preferred.
  • •Ability to follow safety operation procedures during work.
  • •Familiarity with operating machines and handling nonconforming products in production.
