Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead infrastructure procurement, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, delivery readiness, and hardware lifecycle activities from acquisition through deployment.
  • •Build, configure, ramp, and maintain computing systems including servers, workstations, network switches, virtualization platforms, and remote-management interfaces.
  • •Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, availability, and performance; coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution to minimize downtime.
  • •Diagnose and resolve system-level issues across hardware, firmware, power-on/boot processes, operating systems, software compatibility, network communications, and containers.
  • •Partner with engineering, IT, facilities, and network teams; maintain runbooks, asset records, rack layouts, cabling documentation, and operational processes.

Salary: USD 112,000 - 178,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of technology industry experience with enterprise networking standards, protocols, and infrastructure practices.
  • •Strong Linux administration skills with hands-on lab experience; experience with servers, storage, virtualization, and remote-management tools.
  • •Solid data-center infrastructure knowledge including racks, power, cooling, structured cabling, and network switches.
  • •Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls) and troubleshooting tools.
