•Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementations for clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
•Mentor and develop junior staff and offshore resources to build a high-performing engagement team
•Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
•Plan, shape and deliver technology solutions that meet client needs and strategic objectives
•Coordinate cross-project activities and contribute to multiple engagements with varying scales and durations

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
•5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
•Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll module. Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with proven experience implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll module
•Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
•The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
