Asset Protection Investigator

Investigate inbound and outbound incidents, including internal theft, external theft, and fraud, for the RealReal’s Authentication Center. Conduct high-value investigations, review and audit merchandise procedures, and perform packaging/documentation and shortage/safety inspections. Maintain employee ID badge issuance and access control standards, secure the front entrance, and support security screenings. Partner with law enforcement, train employees on asset protection awareness, document incidents, and help drive loss-prevention and health & safety initiatives.
