Job Summary

Own the product lifecycle of Adyen’s public website and self-service demotool, including roadmap, demand generation, and adoption. Lead a squad of four product managers and one product designer while working closely with engineering and cross-functional partners across brand, product marketing, and digital marketing. Optimize web performance through experimentation and conversion-rate optimization, and maintain the web/demotool MarTech stack (CMS, translations, tracking) to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the global, long-term roadmap and strategy for public web properties and demo capabilities, aligning with commercial priorities.
•Lead and manage a team of four product managers and one product designer, setting expectations and fostering autonomy and accountability.
•Shift the public website toward a demand-generation engine, driving web performance through experimentation, conversion-rate optimization, and testing.
•Drive demotool adoption across internal teams by improving self-serve ease of use and enabling use cases across the sales cycle.
•Own and optimize the web and demotool MarTech stack (CMS, translations, tracking) and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and marketing/demand-generation teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management and marketing, ideally in (fin)tech, with at least 3+ years of team management experience.
•Demonstrated experience managing B2B websites that drive revenue growth via customer journey and conversion-rate optimization.
•Strong data literacy with experience using web analytics tools to extract insights and measure web vitals and impact.
•Excellent stakeholder management across diverse, cross-functional global teams.
•Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Onetrust, and Contentful (headless CMS) is a plus.
