Job Summary

Own revenue for the West territory (CA, NV, AZ, UT, OR, ID, MT, HI, WA, AK) by carrying a quota and building a predictable pipeline. Deepen and expand relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers, activating new broker partners and running deals end to end. Help establish foundational sales and partnership tracking processes while driving higher-quality, lower-cost care through measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own revenue responsibilities for the West territory, including CA, NV, AZ, UT, OR, ID, MT, HI, WA, and AK.
•Continue and expand existing broker relationships within the partnership ecosystem (benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers).
•Activate new brokers, deepen partners already producing for Garner, and open the next wave of top-producing advisors.
•Carry a personal quota by building your own pipeline and running deals end to end.
•Develop tracking infrastructure and processes to keep the territory predictable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually
