Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the Accounting Product Management group, directing and evaluating the work of the Accounting Product Team.
  • •Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for DMS+ Accounting, spanning GL, AP, AR, period close, Journal Workbench, deal posting, and adjacent workflows.
  • •Partner with engineering, UX, and program management to ensure tight alignment across the release train and successful delivery of product specifications.
  • •Guide product roadmap decisions using dealer accounting research across dealer segments and maintain competitive awareness of DMS market players.
  • •Define and lead AI strategy for the accounting product discipline, including responsible AI guardrails for accuracy, explainability, and auditability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading people as a product manager/owner team lead.
  • •End-to-end ownership of a product line (strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes) in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
  • •Experience with core accounting/financial workflows such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, period close, and reconciliation.
  • •Proven ability to translate ambiguous cross-functional strategy into an executable roadmap and communicate to senior/executive audiences.
  • •Experience leading or participating in legacy-to-modern platform migrations using phased approaches such as strangler-fig or parallel-run.
