Key Responsibilities

•Generate feasibility simulations of different launch scenarios considering lead time, seeding distribution, minimum launch quantity and SOP dates
•Monitor daily/weekly planning and update the latest plan in the system with all required parameter settings
•Translate ramp plans into market launch plans to ensure alignment across markets
•Collaborate with Business Units, GSC Outsource Operation, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Procurement, Outsource Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, Global & Regional Supply Chain and Revenue teams to align on business initiatives
•Lead global planning meetings to drive communication and coordination across all functions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
•10 years of experience in a consumer-facing or omnichannel environment with long-term planning expertise
•Supply chain/operations certification such as APICS CPIM or Lean is a plus
•Strong understanding of interdependencies between commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and manufacturing
•Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply and inventory planning, MPS and DRP, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in statistical modeling
