Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate feasibility simulations of different launch scenarios considering lead time, seeding distribution, minimum launch quantity and SOP dates
  • •Monitor daily/weekly planning and update the latest plan in the system with all required parameter settings
  • •Translate ramp plans into market launch plans to ensure alignment across markets
  • •Collaborate with Business Units, GSC Outsource Operation, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Procurement, Outsource Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, Global & Regional Supply Chain and Revenue teams to align on business initiatives
  • •Lead global planning meetings to drive communication and coordination across all functions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • •10 years of experience in a consumer-facing or omnichannel environment with long-term planning expertise
  • •Supply chain/operations certification such as APICS CPIM or Lean is a plus
  • •Strong understanding of interdependencies between commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and manufacturing
  • •Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply and inventory planning, MPS and DRP, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in statistical modeling
