Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer assigned sales compensation plans in CaptivateIQ, including SE/SE leadership, Channel/Channel leadership, Overlay, MBO-based plans, and special incentive programs.
  • •Support monthly and quarterly commission processing, including payout validation, audit checks, and reconciliation.
  • •Maintain and update compensation rules, plan logic, participant data, crediting, quotas, hierarchies, and payout calculations in CaptivateIQ.
  • •Investigate and resolve compensation inquiries, disputes, exceptions, and approvals in a timely and professional manner.
  • •Support compensation reporting and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and control enhancements; assist with plan rollouts and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on CaptivateIQ experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, revenue operations, sales operations, payroll, or a related analytical role.
  • •Experience administering compensation plans, validating payouts, building compensation logic, and resolving commission inquiries.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
