Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate and propose subcontract options by understanding rates, cost structures, performance requirements and delivery schedules.
•Administer subcontract functions for projects and bids, including compliance with contracting policies.
•Lead subcontract management strategy development and implementation with site leadership and home office.
•Prepare and present internal and external subcontract management materials to stakeholders.
•Review standard subcontracts to ensure compliance and oversee development of subcontracts and related processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
•8-12 years of relevant experience in procurement/subcontracts.
•Minimum 6 years of Subcontracts experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
•Must have Field experience and strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
•Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and administer complex subcontracts and related policies.
