Job Summary

Own the post-sale technical relationship for Qdrant’s most strategic accounts, coordinating with Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to deliver successful deployments. Drive adoption and value by guiding customers through implementation of semantic search, agentic AI, and RAG solutions. Manage technical health and stakeholder alignment across projects, act as escalation point for critical issues, and feed technical feedback back into the Engineering and Product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-sale and coordinate delivery with Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support.
•Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle to drive adoption and value using vector search for their real-world problems.
•Manage project and stakeholder alignment by mapping customer timelines to internal engineering resources.
•Conduct technical health checks and architecture reviews to identify bottlenecks and suggest optimizations.
•Aggregate customer feedback and act as escalation manager for critical technical issues while mobilizing Support and Engineering.
