Key Responsibilities

  • •Define technology direction, architecture, and innovation roadmap in partnership with the CTO, Software.
  • •Lead central, end-to-end full-stack architecture across platform and product software engineering, including principles, blueprints, and migration plans.
  • •Attract, build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of technologists, architects, and engineers.
  • •Lead technology incubation and deliver the HP CTO Lab sandbox for proofs of concept with internal and external partners.
  • •Set technology strategy and advocacy, including roadmaps, vendor evaluation, ecosystem monitoring, and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferred.
  • •Current or prior experience operating at the VP level in technology or engineering within an established technology company.
  • •15+ years of experience in technology or engineering, including 8+ years leading organizations through senior leadership roles.
  • •Proven success attracting top talent and building high-performing teams that drive technology architecture, strategy, and innovation.
  • •Experience driving technology innovation, strategy, and architecture for capabilities used by millions of customers and/or large-scale commercial businesses.
