Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, elicit, analyze, and develop requirements with business and technology teams.
  • •Create business requirement documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Develop test strategies and plans; execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results, troubleshoot defects.
  • •Facilitate business analysis across the full project and implementation lifecycle through SDLC and Agile delivery.
  • •Support new client and fund launches, system upgrades/installs, and product releases testing in core systems.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of transfer agency domain experience with core application knowledge (FIS Transfer Agency).
  • •Proven experience as a business analyst or in testing (manual or automated).
