Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain Mechanical CAD software components (primarily CATIA), including Digital Design Manufacturing and Services.
  • •Extend and adapt applications according to current release versions, and handle incidents and bug fixes including hardware repairs via the ticket system.
  • •For complex incidents, lead the technical investigation and coordinate the affected IT service teams (e.g., network, database, and server operations) with main users and the software vendor.
  • •Perform independent technical incident analysis, isolate and resolve faulty states, and develop guidelines for system operation.
  • •Represent the Mechanical CAD Space organization as the point of contact for users during incidents/outages and requests from requirements to provisioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, IT, or a comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
  • •Advanced application management skills plus IT networking and infrastructure knowledge (OS, middleware) and scripting experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of 3DExperience, CATIA V5, ENOVIA VPM, 3DCom, and Digital Mock-Up (CAD Viewer is an advantage).
  • •Understanding of IT security requirements and how they relate to overall IT architecture.
  • •German at negotiation level and good English skills.
