Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, improve, implement, monitor, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and customer requirements.
  • •Serve as Management Representative for audits and provide leadership and technical support for quality inquiries across internal, supplier, and customer issues.
  • •Manage customer complaints and lead follow-up corrective actions, including CAPA and root cause investigations through to long-term resolutions.
  • •Oversee quality testing across raw materials, in-process, and finished products; ensure appropriate data collection, analysis, and distribution.
  • •Lead the quality team and ensure lab maintenance and test equipment calibration, repair, servicing, and training to support quality activities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience with quality and food safety systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience implementing and maintaining quality systems and food safety standards.
  • •Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging products.
  • •In-depth familiarity with HACCP/FSSC 22000/SQF/BRC/IMS and ISO 13485/9001.
