Job Summary

Lead and continuously improve quality systems for a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements across food, medical, and pharmaceutical packaging. Serve as Management Representative for audits, direct plant quality operations, manage CAPA and customer complaints, oversee lab testing and equipment, and guide root-cause investigations using quality engineering tools. Partner with Operations, Technical, and R&D to support new product and process introductions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, improve, implement, monitor, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and customer requirements.
•Serve as Management Representative for audits and provide leadership and technical support for quality inquiries across internal, supplier, and customer issues.
•Manage customer complaints and lead follow-up corrective actions, including CAPA and root cause investigations through to long-term resolutions.
•Oversee quality testing across raw materials, in-process, and finished products; ensure appropriate data collection, analysis, and distribution.
•Lead the quality team and ensure lab maintenance and test equipment calibration, repair, servicing, and training to support quality activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience with quality and food safety systems in a manufacturing environment.
•Extensive hands-on experience implementing and maintaining quality systems and food safety standards.
•Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging products.
•In-depth familiarity with HACCP/FSSC 22000/SQF/BRC/IMS and ISO 13485/9001.
