  • •Coordinate and support the daily material handling plan, assigning resources to meet goals.
  • •Lead a team of material handlers to complete accurate, timely parts picking and collaborate with other warehouse/logistics teams to resolve issues.
  • •Drive daily ALPS performance meetings and weekly improvement meetings; run daily shift startup/handover meetings.
  • •Participate in the problem resolution process, perform root-cause analysis, and create sustainable solutions.
  • •Provide departmental training and write/audit SOPs to improve processes, while coordinating material handling activities with production and inventory teams.
