Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end proofs of concept (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation) of Dell storage solutions in customer environments
  • •Advise customers by translating business and technical requirements into optimized storage solutions for AI and machine learning workloads
  • •Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customers to accelerate solution adoption and develop improvements from field feedback
  • •Support Dell storage integration into GPU infrastructure, AI data pipelines, and large-scale AI environments
  • •Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent customer engagements and help scale Dell’s AI Select Storage business

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • •12+ years of hands-on technical experience in enterprise storage, data infrastructure, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or technical pre-sales
  • •Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot storage solutions in live customer environments
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute environments, and file, object, and block storage technologies
  • •Excellent communication and technical consulting skills, including leading customer technical evaluations and proofs of concept
