Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large or complex projects
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost and quality targets
  • •Establish governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project and maintain master project schedules
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources, and lead cross-functional project teams
  • •Identify and manage project risks, implement mitigations, monitor performance using KPIs, and manage change control

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-qualified (Civil Engineering) preferred
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •NEC ECC Project Manager accreditation preferred
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS or equivalent preferred
