  • •Maintain understanding of HACCP/HARPC, SSOP, and SOP systems and conduct annual reassessments.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP/HARPC and SSOP programs within the facility.
  • •Ensure product compliance with customer specifications and labeling; report nonconformance and audit results.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •2+ years of basic HACCP implementation and sanitation experience in a food processing plant.
  • •Broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs, including fresh meat process and product knowledge.
  • •Basic understanding of food microbiology and comprehensive understanding of food plant sanitation.
  • •Prior supervisory experience preferred; must be able to manage and support FSQA supervisors/technicians.
