Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and lead a strategic vision that balances technical acquiring capabilities (eg. Cards, UPI) with the end-to-end merchant experience, ensuring our solutions solve real-world customer problems rather than just meeting technical requirements.
  • •Act as the owner for the India product suite, partnering with GTM teams to ensure commercial viability and market fit across onboarding, pricing, support, and retention.
  • •Serve as the domain expert for the Indian market, identifying new acquiring capabilities and navigating regulatory requirements.
  • •Work with engineering on resource planning and execution, balancing performance and scalability with rollout of new features.
  • •Build and lead a team of product managers focused on Adyen India, with cross-team and global collaboration to drive synergies across Adyen.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale; experience in the Indian fintech or financial services sector is preferred.
