Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end sourcing and contracting value streams for Etihad’s BFE portfolio, focusing on complex, strategic, high-value projects.
  • •Establish sourcing strategies and execute high-value RFPs and sourcing projects, ensuring internal processes and approvals are followed.
  • •Develop contract negotiation strategy and lead supplier negotiations on contractual terms and conditions for optimal business outcomes.
  • •Prepare contract summaries, schedules, and handover outputs for end-users, and report status updates to key stakeholders.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements using digital tools, including AI, machine learning, and RPA; coach and mentor staff on contract and sourcing management.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years in procurement, category management or contracting roles.
  • •Aerospace/aviation technical background strongly preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive multiple strategic, high-value sourcing and contract engagements.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate complex data into sourcing strategies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related qualifications.
