Job Summary

Support delivery of an early-careers programme focused on SmartStart USA and broader North America engagement. Engage schools, workforce organizations, state agencies, employers, and industry partners while coordinating stakeholder consultations and pilot tracking. Conduct research to support resource mobilization, develop a SmartStart Student & Teacher Portal, and help plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including partner convenings. Produce briefing and impact reporting to communicate outcomes.

•Support growth and implementation of the SmartStart USA pilot by engaging stakeholders, coordinating consultations, and tracking pilot activities.
•Contribute to resource mobilization by researching funding opportunities and preparing partnership and fundraising materials.
•Assist in developing the SmartStart Student & Teacher Portal through workforce trend research, skills-demand mapping, and stakeholder feedback coordination.
•Support planning, coordination, and delivery of virtual and in-person events, ensuring quality participant experiences.
•Develop briefing materials, event content, programme communications, and impact reporting to demonstrate programme outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 4,550 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree minimum; master’s preferred in business, policy, technology, manufacturing, engineering, or a relevant field.
•Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing presentations and briefing materials for stakeholders.
•Ability to coordinate multiple projects and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across industry, government, education, and non-profit sectors.
•Interest in advanced manufacturing, supply chains, workforce development, education, or ecosystem-building, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
