•Builds trusted relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement, and collaborates with sales to advance presales activities and generate project opportunities.
•Leads and mentors internal and external project teams, manages KPI delivery, and shapes portfolio definitions and development through knowledge sharing.
•Coordinates and facilitates cross-functional collaboration across business units to position PLM solutions and related services beyond PLM (Sustainability, Industry 4.0, Cloud Transformation, SaaS).
•Travel to client sites as part of international engagements to deliver projects and maintain close client contact.
