Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, clean, and package Single-Use assemblies according to EPRs, technical drawings, and SOPs.
  • •Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and cGMP to maintain an ISO Class 7 environment.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement and follow procedures for change control.
  • •Escalate potential process/product deviations in time to prevent waste, rework, and customer returns.
  • •Maintain daily 6S, support inventory administration, and complete EPR documentation for each completed assembly step.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a production environment within a cleanroom.
  • •Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
