Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead grid code compliance assessments for PCS and BESS products across Europe, including selected international markets.
  • •Define and maintain product requirements based on applicable grid codes, connection requirements, and evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • •Act as a key technical interface for grid compliance and market requirements between customers, system operators, certification bodies, and internal teams.
  • •Support certification activities, grid integration studies, and compliance with connection agreements.
  • •Monitor changes to grid codes, market requirements, and ancillary service frameworks; translate them into product improvements and technical requirements, and drive resolution of grid-connection risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience in power systems, BESS, PCS, or renewable energy.
  • •Deep understanding of European grid codes and grid integration requirements, including EU Requirements for Generators (RfG) 1.0 and 2.0.
  • •Experience with grid code compliance processes, especially simulation model requirements, and familiarity with compliance activities and connection agreements.
  • •Understanding of power system simulation tools such as PSCAD, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, or ETAP, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
