•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Act as primary point of contact and recommend appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit/portfolio quality expectations while maintaining responsible banking practices.
•Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring trends, identifying risk indicators, and partnering with underwriting/portfolio teams to support outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking (or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience).
•Expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver client solutions.
•Strong understanding of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance including criminal/credit record maintenance.
