Job Summary

Lead mechanical engineering delivery for healthcare-focused Property & Buildings projects in Jacksonville, participating across the full design-to-construction lifecycle. •Coordinate, review, and approve mechanical design plans to ensure code, ordinance, and regulatory compliance.
•Apply advanced engineering techniques across concept development, preliminary and final design, procurement, construction, and operations.
•Plan and incorporate future-ready design requirements that support safety and functionality for end users and infrastructure.
•Oversee cross-functional engineer teams and manage budgets, tracking, task completion, and compliance documentation for concurrent projects.
•Manage client relationships and provide technical input on pursuit efforts; prepare technical reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
•10+ years of relevant post-education engineering experience with prior mechanical design experience.
•Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
•Extensive mechanical design knowledge, particularly in the healthcare industry.
•Proficient with mechanical engineering principles and processes, including permitting and project work-related issues.
