Job Summary

Build MCP connectors and tool integrations that give AI agents two-way access to marketing, analytics, SEO, content, and internal data systems. Design real-time data pipelines for performance metrics, usage, conversion funnels, and engagement. Create and evaluate reusable agent skills (e.g., SEO analysis, content production, localization QA) while partnering with a Country Manager to improve outcomes like MAU and ARR. Help replace manual workflows with live tooling in new markets from week one.

Key Responsibilities

•Build MCP connectors and tool integrations for AI agents to access analytics, SEO, search console, content tools, marketing platforms, and internal data.
•Create data pipelines that surface real-time market data into a queryable layer agents can act on.
•Design, build, and evaluate agent skills (reusable blueprints for SEO analysis, content production, localization QA, and market reporting).
•Partner with a Country Manager to iterate on agent performance against real MAU and ARR outcomes and improve the human-to-agent feedback loop.
•Replace manual processes with live tooling as the harness comes online and document the harness, skills, and evaluation framework for new markets.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing web applications with strong computer science and engineering fundamentals.
•Hands-on experience managing cloud platform configurations, preferably in AWS (Azure or GCP is a bonus).
•Experience with system integration infrastructure such as APIs, webhooks, and event pipelines, ideally including MCP.
•7–10+ years in system engineering, system architecture, applied AI engineering, or an equivalent technical role.
•Hands-on experience building or evaluating LLM-based agents, tools, or skills, with strong engineering fundamentals.
