Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of capital projects with focus on budget, schedule, and quality output.
  • •Drive project design development across the complete delivery lifecycle, including Design & Build.
  • •Manage stakeholders (directly and via others) to ensure project timescales are met.
  • •Procure, manage, and direct multi-disciplinary consultant expertise across engineering design, environmental, archaeological, and quantity surveying.
  • •Oversee project control, resourcing, service delivery requirements, delivery plans, cash flow projections, earned value analysis, and construction service provider management including conformance, compliance, and payment certificates.
