Manager, Software Engineering

Lead day-to-day activities of dynamic engineering teams, driving requirements grooming, agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and delivery coordination. Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and platform systems while providing technical and architectural direction across the full development lifecycle. Manage teams of engineers, mentor and recruit, introduce best-in-class agile practices, and ensure roadmap alignment, release planning, and technical debt management to maintain stable production operations.
