Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical-facing liaison for clients on EHS&S digital initiatives, communicating solution capabilities, constraints, and implementation approaches.
  • •Facilitate requirements and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders, including senior/executive leadership when needed.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of EHS&S software solutions, including Intelex/EMIS, covering configuration, customization, and integrations with internal teams and vendor resources.
  • •Define and manage technical implementation tasks such as system setup, data migration/data quality validation, interface development, and integration testing.
  • •Develop and document testing and delivery plans (unit/system/integration/UAT), manage release planning/deployment (cutover/rollback), and support post-go-live stabilization and remediation.

Salary: 147,500 - 195,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level experience with Intelex applications.
  • •12+ years working in the Intelex application and experience with EMIS commercial software platforms (configuration, integration, reporting).
  • •15+ years as a project lead on multiple software implementations, including managing scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Strong business analysis for software projects, including requirements elicitation and documentation, process modeling/workflow design, and user stories/acceptance criteria.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
