Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of matters within specific areas of responsibility with minimal direction.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate policy forms and endorsements across management liability and specialty coverages; advise on coverage interpretation, product matters, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Identify and assess risks in unique or complex situations and recommend risk mitigation strategies aligned with business risk tolerance.
  • •Lead complex and/or strategic matters and advise senior leaders on case law, legislative, and regulatory matters; communicate legal requirements to stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain relationships across OCLO and business partners; may supervise up to three legal associates and mentor less experienced attorneys or paralegals.

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • •Typically 6+ years of relevant legal experience with demonstrated business knowledge.
